The Cachet® lens is a type of phakic intraocular lens (pIOL) used in ophthalmology for the correction of moderate to high myopia. This lens was designed to be implanted in the anterior chamber of the eye while the eye’s natural crystalline lens remains in place.

In recent years, the Cachet lens has been withdrawn due to concerns over long-term complications such as endothelial cell loss.

Here is a case of Femto Phaco (Catalys) over a Cachet lens in place.

It was an honor to discuss our AI nomogram for ICL vaulting (safevaulticl.com ; @pierrezeb) and even more so to do it with @danreinstein as speaker and panelist. The exchange of insights and ideas with such a knowledgeable and engaged audience was truly inspiring.
